"MICHELIN MAN" HARD RUBBER "NODDER" STORE COUNTER DISPLAY

This auction is for a great looking Michelin Man store counter display figure. It is 7" high and sits on a 3" wide tire base. As you can see, it has Michelin on the front base and michelinman.com on the back of the base.  I think it is hard rubber but may not be. There is what looks like glue around the stem that the head is on, but it is solid and the head moves well.  It was this way when I bought it today, and I am sure it will be fine.
