WINCO CPSF-10 Spring Form Cake Pan 9" Loose Bottom
This pan has been designed with a unique anti-jam design around the full perimeter of the pan that prevents the edges from being damaged. This springform cake pan is 10" in diameter and made out of light weight tin. It has a loose bottom which makes it easier for removal and clean-up. The pan is just great for delicate confections, the flourless chocolate cakes and creamy cheesecakes since pan has interlocking band that makes 2 to 3 different forms sides of this item. Forms are made by opening and closing with the flick of a latch. Spring form cake pan has two-pieces pan that have sides that can be removed. Also it has the bottom that comes out if needed. So at first you bake something in this form cake pan, than you cool it down and open a band and only afterwards removing your masterpiece. In result you have ideal shape of your baked masterpiece. Diameter of this pancake is 10.5 inches.
