Vintage Singer Crimper/Rug Cutter

Description

This auction is for a vintage Singer cutter that can be used for cutting rug pieces or fabric.  It currently has a crimping cutter on it.  It is labeled with the Singer decal.  It has been oiled with light machine oil and operates both forward and back smoothly. It is made of metal and has a solid metal base.  It does have slight rust on the cutter, but it operates very smoothly.
