Vintage Memphis Postmodern Design Magazine Book Rack RARE

Rare vintage Memphis Postmodern black metal magazine or book rack holder. I’m not too sure which way is up - both ways look good. Unsigned, 16-1/2 inches long x 13-1/2 inches deep x 7-1/2 inches high, ca. 1980’s. Excellent condition. See my photos -My photos are an important part of my description.  Comes apart and breaks down to half the size, but I am not shipping it because of the high cost.
