Vintage Black Harry M Fraser Portable Strip Slitter Fabric Cutter with 3 Blades (2x #4 Blades and 1x #3 Blade), Wrench and the Manual. The slitter is in great condition for its age. The handle, arm and wheel all have a smooth action to them. The button side of the machine is also in great condition. The arm is secure and the casing does not have any cracks or breaks in it. All parts adjust and operate without any issues
