Very rare 2011 “Rock the Palace” Saint Paul Winter Carnival lapel pin. The first Saturday of winter carnival there’s a dance party to celebrate king Boreas and this royal family coming to town. These pins were handed out to the people that were at that dance back in 2011. This is a must for any collection. The Saint Paul Winter Carnival is 135 years old. Started in 1886. The Coolest Celebration On Earth. Condition is "Used". There is some yellowing from time/be old. The quarter does not come with item. Shipped with USPS First Class.
