This TT15C-11 thermocouple is used in all of the tank top LP heaters sold by GHP EXCEPT TT30S
If the heater won't stay lit when you let go of the button, most of the time you have a defective thermocouple.

Dyna Glo Pro
The thermocouple is 12" long. The wire is also 12" long.
