It is not stated or guaranteed by the USPS, and neither can the seller guarantee how long it takes a shipper to deliver an item.  Please understand the USPS is the most
uncaring, incompetent
organization in the world.  I have had Priority Mail packages from Utah and Colorado to Arizona take 11+ days to arrive.   Look on the Map - See where Utah is from Arizona!  My obligation is to ship within the handling time stated in each listing.  Once I hand the item over to the USPS all bets are off.  Just cross your fingers as I do!
Be aware that
UPS is still delivering packages within 2 days to the west coast and 4-5 days to the east coast.  The USPS is a different story.  It can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks... OR MORE!!
Please understand what you are rating sellers on before you rate them less than perfect!

RETURN POLICY:
These figures can be returns within the stated time frame (14 days) for a refund - Buyer pays the return shipping charge.  If the package arrives damaged due to shipper negligence, DO NOT return broken item as I will not refund you.  Contact the USPS and file an insurance claim.  That is what USPS insurance is for!
PLEASE NOTE
:
All fragile items are shipped with an identifying sequentially numbered tamper-proof label underneath (see photo).  It can easily be removed but it cannot be re-applied once removed.   This is so that if there is damage from shipping, we can see proof that it is the figure we sent.
I wish I did not have to do this but in the past I have been victim of buyers who like to replace their broken item with a good item at my expense, and then want their money back claiming the item I sent arrived damaged.   You will see how well the items are packed and understand how dishonest that claim was.  In the event the USPS crushed the box and damages the contents, please send me a photo of the broken with the label visible.  Not just a photo of the broken item and a photo of the label.   I must be able to see the broken item AND the label visible in the same photo to validate the USPS Insurance Claim you will open when they contact me.
