The Souverain is a representative series of Pelikan writing instruments, which means "excellent" or "outstanding" in German.
A new special edition of the 800 model is now available in the popular Souverain Brown Series, whose brown stripe pattern creates a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The 800 Brown Stripe released in 2013 had a tortoise shell design on the barrel, but the new model features a simple realistic brown and black stripe pattern.
The cap and neck piston knob are dark brown, just like the previous Souverain Brown series.
