    Description

MLB Authenticated - Brad Miller 117th Career DOUBLE To Nick Heath Off Scott Blewett. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. On September 23, 2020, the St. Louis Cardinals visited the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium. Danny Duffy started for the Royals, while Carlos Martinez went for the Cardinals. In the top of the ninth, Scott Blewett took the mound for Kansas City. Paul DeJong led off by striking out. Yadier Molina singled to Edward Olivares in RF. Brad Miller then walked to the plate. With the count 2-1, BLEWETT HELD THIS BALL IN HIS HAND!! He threw a 93.9 mph sinker that Miller swung at and missed. (Yes, that means Cam Gallagher also touched this ball!!) Blewett then threw a 95.3 mph four-seam fastball, and MILLER RIPPED THIS BALL TO NICK HEATH IN LF FOR HIS EIGHTH DOUBLE OF THE SEASON AND THE 117th DOUBLE OF HIS CAREER (by my count)!! This ball was then retired. Tyler O’Neill popped out to Nicky Lopez. Dylan Carlson walked. Harrison Bader drove in Molina and Miller with a single. But Matt Carpenter ended the game when he struck out. The Royals won 12-3. This ball is MLB Authenticated for both pitches from Blewett, including Miller’s double to Heath. The ball comes with a case. Thank you for purchasing!!
