Zack Wheeler was on the mound for the Mets, while Zac Gallen started for the Dbacks. In the top of the 7th, Jake Lamb pinch hit for Gallen. With the count 0-1, Wheeler held THIS BALL in his hand. He threw a two-seam fastball. Lamb belted THIS BALL to Brandon Nimmo in CF for a single. Lamb was stranded at first as Ketel Marte followed him with a fly out to Jeff McNeil in LF. The Diamondbacks ended up losing 3-2, despite hits from Marte, Eduardo Escobar, Christian Walker, Adam Jones, Nick Ahmed, Kevin Cron, and, of course, Lamb.
