    Description

MLB Authenticated - Brandon Lowe HOME RUN (#37) Off Shreve - Rays Win AL East. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail plus Signature Required (which is why handling is high). On September 23, 2020, the Tampa Bay Rays visited the New York Mets at Citi Field. Tyler Glasnow started for the Rays, while Michael Wacha went for the Mets. In the top of the eighth, Chasen Shreve was on the mound. He walked Yoshi Tsutsugo. Brandon Lowe then walked to the plate. SHREVE HELD THIS BALL IN HIS HAND!! He threw an 82 mph splitter for a ball. (Yes, that means Wilson Ramos also touched this ball!!) Shreve followed that with a 92.9 mph four-seamer for another ball. With the third pitch with this ball, Shreve threw another splitter that Lowe swung at and missed. The fourth pitch was another four-seamer for a ball. With the count 3-1, Shreve threw a 92.1 mph four-seam fastball, and LOWE BLASTED THIS BALL 414 FEET TO THE UPPER DECK IN RF FOR A TWO-RUN HOME RUN — LOWE’S 14th OF THE 2020 SEASON AND THE 37th HOME RUN OF LOWE’S CAREER (by my count). Randy Arozarena followed Lowe’s home run with a single. Nate Lowe struck out. Jeurys Familia replaced Shreve. Hunter Renfroe grounded out. Joey Wendle was intentionally walked. Willy Adames singled in Arozarena. Kevin Kiermaier walked. Mike Zunino ended the half inning by striking out. The Rays went on to win 8-5, CLINCHING THE AL EAST!! This ball is MLB Authenticated for all five pitches from Shreve to Lowe, including Lowe’s home run! The ball come with a case. Thank you for purchasing!!
