Zac Gallen started for the Diamondbacks, while Brandon Bielak went for the Astros. In the top of the sixth, George Springer led off by lining out to Starling Marte. Jose Altuve followed that with a home run off Gallen. Alex Bregman then walked to the plate. Bregman fouled off the fifth pitch to keep the count 2-2. For the sixth pitch of the AB, Gallen HELD THIS BALL IN HIS HAND!! He threw a changeup for a ball. (Yes, that means Carson Kelly touched this ball too!) With the count full, Gallen threw another changeup, and BREGMAN SMACKED THIS BALL FOR A DOUBLE TO DAVID PERALTA IN LF!! (Yes, that means Peralta touched this ball too!). This ball was then retired. Bregman moved to third when Michael Brantley grounded out to Ketel Marte. But Yuli Gurriel flew out to Peralta to end the half inning. The Astros fell to the Diamondbacks 5-4 despite hits from Carlos Correa, Josh Reddick, Gurriel, Altuve, and Bregman.
