The middle loop is taller than the other 2, and it functions as a handle
The outer loops are smaller and are adorned with a 3-petal "flower" with jutting dot in center; it resembles something out of sacred geometry or the tree of life

The overall effect of the metal is a brass- or gold-toned metal
Unknown if it is actual brass or another metal
I used a small amount of Brasso to clean, starting with the tallest holder arc. I noticed that the metal was becoming more silver toned as I rubbed, so I stopped.
As a consequence, the top holder arc is a bit more silver toned than the rest of the piece
Some parts of the piece are darker than others, but I did not want to use Brasso to clean it, unsure of what might happen to the color.
