I know nothing about the software or how to program these units. We guarantee these units for 30 days upon receiving them.     UNITS ARE PRE-OWNED AND IN GOOD CONDITION.  PICTURES ARE OF AN ACTUAL UNIT.  CONTROLLER CARDS WERE TAKEN OUT OF A WORKING TRAFFIC CONTROL SWITCH.
    We consider reasonable offers.   We provide a 90-day warranty on all new items and a 30-day warranty on all used or refurbished items, unless otherwise specified.
    We only charge actual shipping costs, and will combine shipping on multiple items.  No handling fees or extra charges added to shipping like most other sellers.  We will ship internationally.  We will ship expedited shipping for buyer at their request.
