Lasco Micro Delux Nail Machine with many extras

Lasco Micro Delux Namil Machine with extras.
According to the picture on the box, the box should contain the power sound the machine itself and a wrench.  I don't see anything about drill bits or tips or items that would be inserted into the machine.  None are present and none are included.
Besides the Lasco machine, also included: Golden Edge Brush Kolinski Red Sable, made in Germany by OPI.  Price tag is still on it,  .95.  Appears to be brand new, never used, never opened.
Also included is what looks like a two sided, brand new fine finger nail file.
Lastly, also included are Formation fake finger nail tips.  Box says 100 pointes.  I didn't count them, but the box looks brand new, unopened.
The receipt for the machine is still present and in 1998 this cost 8.
I plugged it in and it works and the variable speed works too.  I can't claim this is brand new unopened, but it sure appears to be in perfect condition.
