    I am an authorized Kupa Repair Center. I will repair and clean your up200 handpiece by replacing 2 front ball bearings (Japanese parts). This is 95% problem that causes hot, stall and loud noise. You have to mail handpiece to me. One week turn around. If you have questions feel free to contact me.
    FYI, if you send to manufacturer it takes 2 months turn around.
