Magazine Rack or Record Holder

I can’t find the manufacturer or time-period for this classy and versatile little rack, but it looks as though it's in the style of the AYTM Curva Magazine Holder (but I think it's smaller?). Also reminiscent of older designs by Urban Nature Culture of Amsterdam. I really like the lines on this.
Size is: 8.5“ wide, 6” high and 6“ deep.
Excellent condition.
Balanced and sturdy, not lightweight or flimsy.
Mid-century, retro, contemporary, modern, minimalist, art deco style compatible.
