Hard Rubber Feet makes machine sit level and is stable, no obvious signs of wear on pressure roller. Comes with #4 TESTED Used cutter Blade, care/operation instructions, wrench and angled brush to clean lint. No date stamp.     Excellent Vintage Working Condition Harry Fraser & Co Bliss Portable Model A Cloth Splitter with smooth, clean patina in excellent condition, showing few, if any appropriate scuff wear marks.  Very clean machine.  Please see pictures as part of description.  Hard Rubber Feet, machine sits level and stable for cutting.  No significant signs of wear on pressure roller.
