    Description

    Disclaimer:
In no way am I claiming to be an expert in anything.  Please read the description provided and the images to confirm what you are certain of.  I do appreciate added information related to items I have listed.
Please excuse any glare in the photos.  This portfolio is a consigned piece from the Richard Arlen Jr. estate.  The portfolio contains 15 applied photographs of the family's home in Toluca Lake and 3 loose photographs of the family.
Portfolio:  This measures 13.00" across by 17.00" up and down.  It is about 0.25" thick.  The outside of the portfolio has a black, faux leather binding along the spine and front (about 2.75" in width, front and back) with the remainder being a patterned fabric.  Once you open the front cover a sticker of Fred Dapprich, pictorial photographer, can be found at the lower left corner.  There are 15 residence photographs protected by textured tissue guards.  The portfolio is bound with string tie.
Portfolio Photographs:  There are 15 residence photographs total of the Arlen residence in Toluca Lake.  Eleven of the photographs are approximately 9.25" x 7.50".  Each photograph varies slightly in size.  There are four photographs that are approximately 7.50" (side to side) x 9.50" (up and down).  Each photograph varies slightly in size.  Each photograph within the portfolio appears to be silver-print photographs.  They are hand mounted and signed by Dapprich.
Three Family Photos:  Resting inside the portfolio were 3 loose photos.  Two are of the family and one is of Richard Arlen and Jobyna Ralston.  These are not signed or dated but appear to be original.  They measure 13 5/8" (outside to outside) by 10.75" (outside to outside, up and down).
This is a vintage piece, meaning it is not new.  Please review the images carefully.  They are provided as a part of the description.  The outside of the portfolio is in good shape, meaning there are stains on the fabric and wear to the spine and corners but it has served the purpose of protecting what is inside.  The textured tissue guards are all present; crinkled and folded here and there with one being completely torn.  The 15 photographs remain secured in their mounted positions, with one photograph having come away at the lower left corner.  The three loose photographs are complete without tears, but there are creases at some edges with unknown dark spotting scattered here and there.  The spotting is small and is on the picture of the couple (below the ashtray under the table and on her right upper arm) as well as the family picture where Mr. Richard Arlen appears to be making a muscle for Jr. (Arlen's left hand and on the chair).  This entire collection is being presented in the condition it was found.

    Return Policy:
Of course I do this to earn a buck or two, but I am not in this to rip people off.  I do everything possible to be transparent when listing items.  I do accept returns on the condition that I made an egregious error in the listing and misrepresented the item.  Please be a responsible bidder and review the listing in its entirety and ask questions prior to bidding.  Enjoy your day!
    Payment Policy:
Payment is due within 5 days of the auction's close.  If payment is not received within 5 days, the transaction will be canceled and the item will be offered to the second highest bidder as a "Second Chance".
