    Description

Up for auction is a game-used baseball that was hit for a Base Hit RBI SINGLE by Future Hall of Famer, Albert Pujols.  "The Machine" hit this exact baseball for a base hit RBI single in the top of the 2nd inning on April 27th, 2021 as the Angels were visiting the Texas Rangers.
This was the last RBI that Pujols had in an Angels uniform before shortly before joining the Dodgers.  This was Career Hit Hit #3251 and Career RBI # 2112 of Pujols' legendary career.
The ball stayed in play for one pitch to the next batter and then was then taken out of play and authenticated by Major League Baseball under its authentication program designed to preserve memorable artifacts from the game.  An authenticator placed a numbered, tamper-proof Major League Baseball authentication hologram on the baseball.  The details of the baseball and its game use are logged on the MLB authentication website.  For security purposes, the hologram has been blurred in the auction photo but please see the screen capture from the MLB authentication program website also attached to view the details.
Albert Pujols is a first ballot Hall of Famer, a 10-time All-Star having won 3 MVP Awards and 2 World Series Championships.  He ranks in the top 10 all-time of nearly every major offensive category. This is a wonderful piece of memorabilia that will only appreciate in value with time.
There are very few opportunities to add an all-time milestone achievement from one of the game's all-time greats to your collection so don't miss out!!
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks and Good Luck!
