    This is a 1911 postcard captioned "New I.O.O.F. Hall, West Manchester, Ohio.  It is palely hand colored with a red brick building and green tree.  It was printed in Germany and mailed from West Manchester to Los Angeles, California on March 14, 1911.  It is in good condition with a bit of age darkening but no tears, bends or stains.
